Together for Families Early Childhood Iowa

  The purpose of the T4F Board is to improve the quality of life for children and their families in Bremer, Butler, Franklin and Grundy Counties.

The board will facilitate community planning to increase collaboration among community partners. The strength of existing services, and the need for additional services for families with children in the four- county area will be explored. 

Collaboratively, services will be planned with input from business, consumers, early care, education, faith, health, human services, and local government. 

The objective is to ensure that services are provided efficiently and effectively to promote safety for children, permanency, child and family well-being, academic preparation and skill development, offender rehabilitation and community safety.
