About Us

The North Iowa Children's Alliance is in the early stages of merging the board with the FMC and Together ECI Area Boards. This merger will go in effect July 1st, 2027. The FMC, NICA & T4F boards will operate separately for fiscal year 2027. 

The North Iowa Children's Alliance serves children and families in Cerro Gordo, Hancock and Worth Counties. 

FMC serves children and families in Floyd, Mitchell and Chickasaw Counties. 

The Together for Families board serves children and families in Bremer, Butler, Franklin and Grundy Counties. 

There are nearly 2,000 days from birth to the first day of kindergarten. A child's earliest experiences lay the groundwork for future heath physically, mentally and emotionally.  Investing in Iowa's youth, ages 0-5, helps promote future success in school, the workplace and with building healthy relationships.
